HR interviewers asked behavior-based questions so prepare in advance. Other individuals were much more informal and shared a great amount of information on the company's culture, work expectations, etc.

30-45 minute screening interview with HR and Finance , questions were asked from a pre prepared list. There was no enthusiasm from either of the two interviewees about the role or company! The HR representative was firing off e mails during the process and was very annoyed, and subsequently apologised! It was all one way about what I could offer!
