Too many people to talk to, communication was not informative and the position details were not clear. I would recommend a shorter interview process and only with the people I would work with.

Das schlechteste Bewerbungsgespräch was ich jemals hatte. Ich musste sogar vorzeitig das Gespräch beenden.
Das Profil, welches in der Stellenausschreibung gesucht wurde hatte so gut wie nichts mit dem Profil zu tun, welches die Verantwortlichen vor Ort suchen.
Zusätzlich waren die Mitarbeiter im Gespräch noch unfreundlich. Wenn dort so gearbeitet wird wie die Stellen ausgeschrieben werden kann man hier nur schnell das Weite suchen.

Contact made through previous employment. Met with President and CEO of company and job offered based on the understanding of past performance and relationship. The interviewer asked about travel, experience in negotiating with different levels of management and also ability to develop relationships and communications with field personnel
