Application online, interview scheduled via mail for a phone interview. The recruiter didn‘t called me. She didn‘t responsed on mails and calls. After a couple of days i reached her. She apologized and said the work load was too much and she forgot the interview. After the interview she said gave me some informations about the next steps and wanted to call me the next two days. After another 10 days i‘m still waiting for a callback. Also the salary offer was about 20k less than competitors. unprofessional work ethic and waisting of time.
