Entrevista
There are 2 rounds interview process. First round they call you and invite you to visit their lab, then Lab manager will ask some question about you basic situation and conditions including general tech you get involved in recent years. In the second round, team manager will ask questions to specified to tech fields to make sure you are appropriate for this position. Give offer via HR.
Questions were on attitude to learn and passion for work.
Based on intern performance -job profile review was primarily based on referral from earlier manager during internship experience. Manager was polite enough to explain the job in layman terms
- HR call: first call after applying on linkedin
- Technical interview with managers and seniors, middle level difficulty. Two questions of 10 minutes talk each. Last questions were about reasons for changing role and company and my actual salary.
- I did not get any news from them after the interview
