I applied online and the process took a few weeks. First call with an internal recruiter and then in person interview with the manager and the head of department at STR office in London. I never heard back from anyone but I only received an automatic reply that they reviewed my application and they will not be moving forward. I reached out the recruiter and the manager but nobody got back to me. They should improve their communication and become professionals.
