Interview process was with Co-op coordinator and HR employee. Questions related to giving further details about work/academic experience. Extracurricular engineering activities (ASME, SAE, Engineers w/o Borders etc) seem to go a long way in the interview process. Interview was on campus, providing a convenient option for students. Co-op coordinator was easier to talk to talk to than HR, was also more attentive and interested in interview questions.
