Several rounds of interview over many weeks; Each time with a different person, who would often ask the same/similar questions; many questions related to conflict in the workplace to the point I started to feel uncomfortable about what I might be getting in to.

Entrevista
Easy. Meant a lot of friendly people, went through 3 rounds of interview. I also was able to set other employees to ask questions about the company. Next step was offer stage.

Entrevista
Rejected me halfway through an on-site interview. Completely unfair. Apparently saving time is more important than treating candidates with respect and giving them a fair shot. Everyone had a nice and polite exterior, but once you got past that each person was practically a caricature for a negative emotion — rushed, insecure, cold, fakey, and arrogant. Not a good idea to have two prompts during the product sense interview. You are unable to answer both of them well in the given time. They'll never find the right PM when they treat all of their candidates poorly like this.
