Candidatei-me de outra forma. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela SUNRISE FUTURES (Chicago, IL) em set. de 2019
Entrevista
Round 1: Phone call with senior management
Round 2: Full day 1-on-1 with 4-6 people and a lunch break - they provide lunch.
Questions seemed unvetted and random. Most people were personable. One person who claimed to be a founder (round 2) avoided eye contact and was certainly an outlier for normal conversation/behavior. It seemed like he was awoken mid REM cycle. He certainly gave me pause as to whether this was a fit for me.
They would be well served to audit their process/toolchain as it's arbitrary and unlikely to produce desired results. None of the questions previously listed on glassdoor were encountered.
They require an NDA be signed before the interview so I will not list the actual questions.

Analyze a short C++ program with multiple bad practices and explain the behavior.
I asked about their toolchain and why it was so old. So old that I could not remember the specific language differences between their version and the next.

Saw the opening on my university's website and applied online. Got a call a week later to go over the resume and scheduled an onsite the next week. 8 interviews with different people including the founder. Overall a very tiring but good experience. Also, the HR staff is phenomenal.

Don't think I can disclose any of them but most aren't traditional coding questions you'd find online. Very personal and will ask stuff related to your skills.
After an on-campus interview, I was called on-site. It was a full day of interviews and had over 8 people meeting me. The staff seemed friendly but were largely to the point. As they are a small company, they do not hire too many people. I was in one room throughout the day and it got pretty tiring.
