Thoughtful interview questions, thorough interview process and good at asking if person who is interviewing had questions. Different committees to interview with sometimes with same questions asked, but nothing too difficult.

Got the initial call from recruiter asking to set up an appointment for an group interview (1st step). The first interview was a phone screen/group interview with 5-6 others via telephone, and was recorded for those who couldn't be there/out of the office. After the phone screen, I was then prompted to give my professional references and was told they would be in touch in 1-2 weeks. The next step would be to invite potential candidates to SUNY Potsdam. Never heard back. 3 months later, I received the "we went with someone who had more qualifications" denial letter in mid-June.
