Easy & laid back interview. ALOT of common sense based questions & scenarios. Given a brief introduction of the company. It describes ALOT of work locations and positions currently open. Also express the flexibility needed in hiring for hours.

Originally went through a agency, however, did not meet said recruiter, only went in for the interview. Went smoothly, had the meeting with the Vice President (my eventual supervisor) and another employee (who was outside sales). They were hiring for inside sales because the only two young Americans they had were outside sales, and they did not have time to do all the things the company wanted them to do. The interview was primarily in Japanese (which was fine for me, and they do speak English) and I was shown the company standards, the growth, the product itself, and how the business was run. Remarkably informative.
