No interview. You apply, and quickly they have you sign up for a webinar. At the end of the webinar, they make you pay monthly or yearly to work for them. It is a commission-based job. Definitely seems like a scam.

I never applied for a job with this company, yet got an email saying that the position I applied for (no mention of what it was or the company name) had been filled, but after looking at my resume that I'd be a good fit for another position and then let me set up a time to interview. The interview was a group call with 300+ people on it. Total waste of time! They either have job postings for made up company names and are using the email addresses to get 'applicants' or they're getting them from somewhere else. Either way, this is the absolute scummiest way to get people to 'interview' with your company.
