Waste of time. Had a bunch of illogical "IQ - on User Interface" test during interview which is weird and does not make sense. Rather than into deeper product / design whiteboarding, thinking processes and challenges. Bunch of other people in the call who kept quiet and contributed nothing to the interview too. No reply after interview even with follow up. Unprofessional process.
