Submitted an application online and was invited to complete 2 tests - numerical and reading comprehension. Both needed to be passed at 80%, and the score was given at the end once they were submitted. A few weeks later I was contacted about an initial interview (online due to the pandemic). The interviewer was very nice and friendly, the interview was not stressful at all. A week or so later, I received an email that I was successful in the first round, and that my application was now being referred to my first choice firm. The firm contacted me a few weeks later (delays due to covid) and scheduled an interview with me. Again, the interview was quite relaxed and informative, and the interviewers were very friendly. I received an offer a week later.
