After three and a half months of dily-dalying by their recruitment staff interspersed by outright lies designed to prolong the process I was given a lousy offer below market pay levels that I had previously rejected. I'm dumbfounded by the level of incompetence that their recruitment staff project. I don't understand how they hope to attract and motivate talented developers to join their company with this kind of attitude. At least I'm glad they made it easy for me to reject their offer.
