After applying on the company's website, I received a phone call from HR. The goal was mainly to check my English proficiency and to invite me to go through some personality tests. Once I completed the test and that the results were sent to the company, they contacted me for the actual interviews. They consisted of 1 interview with an HR lady and another interview with 2 IT managers. The HR interview was quite conventional : personality test result analysis and usual discussion about carreer evolution , objectives, and so on. The second interview was centered on my IT skills with a small explanation of a project I did work on in the past and some basic java/SQL/C++ questions. I received an offer the day after the interview and signed my contract within the week
