Entrevista
4 stages. First, a phone interview with the recruiter talks through the resume. The second is a Google team virtual interview, some questions about Java, past projects, and some code exercises. Third is the onsite interview, talk with HM and a team member, similar to the second one but in more detail. Fouth, talk about work style, culture, and some behavioral questions. 2-3 weeks waiting between each interview. Used 2 months from the first interview to the offer.

Entrevista
The HR and Network Automation Managment team employees at this location are a disgrace to the reputation that SWIFT has and also undervalues the crucial job that SWIFT has been doing for the financial sector for more than half a century. I was initially told that I would have an interview with hiring manager. However, the Interview was with 5 senior Managers for a junior position. None of the panel members had a prepared agenda and were asking questions out of the blue. Mostly the problems senior Managers face themselves. No information was provided out the team and the project until I asked at the end of the interview. They had a vague idea about the projects that they might start in the future. One interviewer's children were screaming and one had joined from home, when asked to add something by another member he was not even there. You will be asked to code in whiteboard. The interview was 2 hours. I was told to hear back from them in a week. When I followed up after a week, they told me next week. The same thing repeated for more than 40 days until I got system generated email stating I am not selected and the recruiter didn't even answer the last email.
