First contact was direct email with question about previous experience time with specific brands of hardware that company utilizes in construction of systems. They interviewer then set a phone interview for two days in the future. On the call he was very nice and spoke in friendly comfortable terms and tone. He was very easy to talk with and allowed me to express myself in my own words which made for a comfortable exchange. I would say that I did not feel expectations to speak in certain technical terms or felt like I was being judged by the conversation. From the interaction with this one person it sounded like a GREAT place to work. Not sure if you can judge a place by a single encounter but it was very positive even though I did not proceed in the process.
