First round of interviews (two interviews with Associates at SystemIQ) moved smoothly, conducting both background and personal aspiration questions, followed by conducting an interviewer-led case. These were conversational interviews, yet probed on key topics and required stories of when the candidate did 'X' or had 'Y' impact in past jobs.
These interviews were followed by a call with the recruiter to debrief on progress and discuss next steps.
The final interview, with a SystemIQ Partner, took place roughly a week later. While the partner was not in the same organisational bucket, and was pressed for time despite the hour booked for the interview, they still engaged in a similarly great discussion, focusing largely on personal aspirations and experience. I was surprised to have them not join on camera. This made it difficult to connect over the interview.
The final partner interview was followed by a recruiter call a day or two later. This again briefed the interview, as well as notice of acceptance.
