There was no interview process. It's a very small company of max 12 to 15 people including the office boy and guard. I am an 5years experience person I approached them on the basis of thier job posting that said salary ranage 4lpa to 8lpa. But the HR and the team looked that office whole budget would be 5 lakhs. It was a waste of me going there. If you don't have a budget don't call anyone specially when they specify thier Expected CTC,which is way above your range. Also don't make fake posts on glassdoor please.It is very relied portal. They didn't have anyone to take my interview ,just to say they sent someone of other department to ask me question,which he had no idea about.
