Applied with my resumé and got an email a couple of weeks later telling me I've been chosen for an interview.
Did an interview with them a week later or so and was contacted a week after that telling me I had an internship offer.

Started of with who I am and they wanted me to do a small presentation of myself. What was my previous experiences in programming, what projects had I made etc. If I worked on personal projects in my spare time and what kind.
Questions about computer graphics and what kind of 3D graphics I had worked with previously.

Easy. Only brief behavioral questions, nothing technical, explained my CV and past experiences, gave off a good vibe. Depends on team to team how hard it is. Just prepare the CV and add some projects to it
