BE AWARE OF THE INTERVIEW OFFER! I had 3 interviews with Saatchi and was thrilled when I passed them and was told that they wanted to make me an offer. After two gruelling weeks of waiting, the offer still didn’t arrive. I had other offers on the table but as this was the one I wanted I waited on Saatchi to send the offer through. They said they were just very busy and apologised for the delay. So believing them I declined my other offers that could no longer wait . After a friendly informal meeting with the team they told me they were not going to pursue my application. I felt cheated and strung along in to believing a false offer. I’ve been told by a recruiter that they have done this to another applicant which is totally unacceptable! It felt really demoralising so I’m writing to say please be aware future applicants these guys aren’t the most trustworthy.

The interview process started with a phone call where they mainly tried to get to know me and my career background. HR scheduled a second phone interview for the following week. After the second phone interview, I was asked to follow up the next week. I followed up and never heard back from the HR director.
