Long process, easy questions, unnecessary english test, bored interviewviers, inexperienced human resources, basicallu theyy want you to go over your cv with each interviewiver, not sure what they are looking for, they seem desperate to hire anyone, offer low sallary
First step is online meeting with an hr. They ask standard hr questions and describe job posting; then ask whether you have questions for them. They called 1 week after the online application and asked for a meeting for the next day
