Interviewed today. The actual interview was very quick and painless. Was a fairly open ended interview , not like others in the field. Staff seemed friendly, relaxed. Receptionist either has been there awhile or is just very attentive as she was familiar with all of the residents that passed her (and the facility was a good size.
