My virtual interview with Sabre was a disappointing experience. The recruiter joined the call late and appeared disengaged from the outset, which affected the overall tone of the conversation. There was little effort to establish rapport or maintain eye contact, and the interaction felt somewhat disjointed and uncomfortable. The recruiter also seemed to feign ignorance, which only made them appear unprepared and unprofessional. At times, the recruiter’s approach came across as unprofesional, which was surprising given Sabre’s reputation as an established player in the industry. As the company works to modernise and remain relevant in 2025, refining the candidate experience could play a key role in supporting that transformation.
Never heard back from Sabre either.
