Pastoral Education or experience required. You will need to be prepared for Christian Ministry. You will need to be committed to the values of the church. You will need to be committed to serve. Most have completed seminary. Others are hired who have pastoral or ministry experience and will be asked to do seminary work. Your ministry qualifications will be assessed. You will then have a theological interview.
