The interview process was smooth but difficult. There were four rounds of interviews, pretty standard for the role I interviewed for, but the last two rounds were made up of several interviews. It was a great opportunity to meet the team but took a lot of time to prepare. I really appreciated that the next steps were clearly communicated and follow-up happened quickly. This was my first time having a written interview as part of the hiring process, which I really enjoyed.
