Complete waste of time. They took my three round of interview. Two of them i cleared but in the last round i gave almost all the answers and i am sure that I have given all right answers. But i think the interviewer had already come with mindset to reject candidate. Do not waste your time to give interview in such a company.

Their interview process is pathetic. I mean they don't have absolutely any respect for candidate's time.They took 4 technical rounds for me and in each round same type of questions and each interviewer had no clue what had happened in previous round. For each round respective interviewer came late by more 10-15min.Especially first round itself got rescheduled multiple times quoting that panel is busy in nth moment or once I have joined the interview. So, I had to drop off multiple times. They don't even know the basic ethics of how to conduct an interview and how to respect someone else's time. I have given interviews for many big tech giants, and I have never seen such rude and careless behavior.Infact interviewer use to come even more earlier than the candidate. This was first of its kind for me.Apart from this each round went for more than one and a half hour which is quite exhausting whereas stipulated time was just 1hr. Finally, in the final technical round quoting some silly technical reason they rejected the candidature. I felt that interviewer had already come with mindset to reject candidate rather than to see whats positive in his profile and knowledge. I heard that they are flourishing company. Seriously I doubt this since no company which eagerly hires for the sake of flourishing never takes others for granted. I wish company takes this very seriously before taking interviews.Start taking interviews only once you are sure that you are hiring.
