1) Aptitude test (50 questions in 15 minutes)
2) Video questions - 2 situational/hypothetical questions 5 min prep and 2 mins to answer
3) group exercise/role play
4) Panel interview
No technical questions relating to WHS Act - or legal requirements. Interview process was far to focussed around "touchy, feely" behavioural HR dribble. To improve - they should ditch the HR bafoons and have actual inspectors on the panel asking questions that are actually relevant to safety in the field.
