I was contacted very quickly after applying by a recruiter. We had a quick phone interview and he wanted to set up an interview with the hiring manager. It took almost three weeks for them to set up an interview; I understood busy schedules but it seemed like a long time to wait. When I finally did interview, I felt like things went well. The hiring manager kept telling me how much she loved things I'd said and loved some of the items on my resume, etc. Maybe she just uses the word love a lot? Anyway, at the end of the interview she told me they'd finish interviews by the end of the week and we're hoping to move quickly. She explained the next steps would be interviewing with the higher ups. Overall she seemed to end it on a positive note. It's now been over a month and a half and I've heard absolutely nothing at all from either her or the recruiter. I'd definitely say I'm not getting an offer but it would've been nice to have been told that.
