Entrevista
Ask about what I did in my previous role. My professional skills, CAD ability, and material knowledge. And what is my opinion on the current process flow, what can be improved, what I will do if I am assigned.
You have to take a test online before they will even talk to you. It is sort of an SAT look alike, there is math and logic questions. It looks like they don't care what your resume says, if you can't get a 90% or above on the test (sometimes they ask for higher score) then they won't talk to you. If you are a bad test taker, prepare.

Entrevista
My first step was a phone interview with Justin, the main recruiter. Then I had a follow-up interview that included a FaceTime tour of the office. Next was my interview with the CEO, Tristan. I wouldn't say that the interviews were difficult, but they were thorough. Be prepared to talk about literally every single thing on your resume and LinkedIn profile--I suspect part of this is to weed out people who would be inclined towards hyperbole. Be truthful and forthright. If Tristan thinks you're being vague, he's just going to ask you ten more questions until you've explained to a depth that satisfies him. On a later day, I had two sets of interviews with two people in each (four people total) for a culture fit. The culture fit was more relaxed. By this point, they say that they know you know how to do the job you're applying for, and they want to get a sense of if you will fit in, because the company is still relatively small. You have to know the 4 company values (quality, teamwork, self-discipline and self-improvement) and discuss how they apply to your professional and personal life in several examples.
