I first was given a phone screening, then I met with the VP of Information Technology for a formal interview at the Dublin, Ohio location. I was given a tour of the home office, and introduced to multiple people in the company, promoting a warm team focused culture. This was followed by a "360 Interview" where I met with 3 current employees, including a member of the team I would be working with. It was a great experience, one of the best interviews I have received.
