Quick interview with manager (normally a hiring specialist) and was offered job on the spot (plenty of excellent previous experience). Friendly and moved along quickly. Was the best manager I had while at that job. Normally the interview process is apply online, called for interview, interview + pre-employment tests if required, offer.

It was fast and easy, very proactive people and organized. On the first day I received the call, and I was happy about it. They hire fast. If in the first 2 weeks you don't receive a call, check again.
Didn't ask any hard questions, just when availability was and if was over 18 (in order to be cashier). Didn't have to wait long to be called into the office.

Entrevista
When I came in for the interview, I was brought back to the office. We went over previous work scenarios and how I handled them. I was given a choice between two departments. I received an offer letter then and there.
