It was simple and brief. They asked pretty basic questions and are generally not very nosy. They don't expect you to know much, but you should at least be able to think on your feet. The interviewer was pretty patient.

My interview experience was pleasant and straightforward. I was asked a few questions relating to my background in customer service. One day of paid training followed the interview and I was able to quickly begin work.
