Pretty chill interview. Was told the interview would be informal and to just answer some questions and not worry about it too much. Seems like the entire interview was just a formality as the paperwork for employment was given to me in the interview.

What was one time you had to deal with a customer who was unhappy?
It was quick and easy not much else to say there was brief typical questions and then tests they make you take for some reason. Its just basic customer service survey that you use common sense for really.

They asked scenario questions, So if a fellow employee wasn't doing the cleaning up to the standards they have at this company how would you approach the issue?
Easy process questions regarding past experience and how would you react in certain scenarios the process is short and the questions are not hard to answer depends a lot on the manager doing the interview but most of the times as long as what you are answering make sense you will be good

Only went through a few rounds, it was pretty easy and seamless. Applied and got a call back on the same week to come in for an interview. The recruiter was very nice and thorough with the information.
