I got a call from the recruiter and had a normal phone interview a few days later. The whole process was surprisingly quick, and I was scheduled to two in-house group interviews. This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever experienced. I waited and the interviewer picked me up 5 minutes late. No big deal. She then told me that we were going to have the interview in the cafeteria which was fairly crowded at 1:00pm. The actual interview started off fine but when I told her about a particular experience, she had the audacity to mock my decision-making. To make matters worse, her partner did not show up until 30 minutes into the interview and appeared disinterested the whole time. I honestly couldn't believe the first group interview. However, the second group interview was much better but I already knew that I didn't want to work here.
