Quick background questions, nothing really important. It's a cashier position, it's not like you need to know technical skills. As long as you pass the drug test and don't have a serious criminal background, you should be good to go.

It was casual, with only one interviewer. Low pressure, but I did look up common questions they asked before. They asked about my availability and 5-6 questions. They offered different positions to see If I was interested in applying to any of those.

Conversational, included a few conversations between manager and existing employees on the expectations and hours of the role. Similar to other cashiering roles I interviewed for. Some of the skills they were looking for were interpersonal and ensuring that I could hold a conversation and be good with customers.
