Scheduled a phone interview with recruiter. He asked basic questions about my resume and my background. It went well. We set up a call with the VP of the department for the next day. This call also went well. There were a few more technical questions about my background but it was pretty easy. Then the recruiter got back to me and said they would like to have me in for a couple in office interviews. I came in and interviewed with 5 different people. They were all very nice. I thought I did pretty well. It took about 4 hours and ended with me speaking to the VP again. There weren't too many typical interview type questions. They wanted to know about difficulties I had a work and how I overcame them. At the end the recruiter said they were interviewing more people in the coming weeks. 6 weeks passed and I haven't heard anything, I followed up shortly after and got no response.

Scenario based interview process. Different situations were given to see what your thought process is on the situation. They need to keep to the questions and there is little interaction outside of the questions and they all take notes on the responses and grade the interview afterwards.
