The interview was easy. Some questions about yourself and your experience. Describe your most challenging baking project. How did you overcome it? Have you ever developed or improved a recipe? How did you do it and how did customers respond? Drug test. Three orientation paid days.

got phone call day after applying online. set up in person interview. asked easy questions for 20 minutes. told me they like me, but were still looking at other candidates would give me an answer within 48 hours
