They were very professional people and asking questions to know your insight.they care about customer service and patient satisfaction also they care about communication skills in all its aspects from verbal and nonverbal ones even the way you are dress will affect their decision.

Very seamless.
Standard interview questions, what did you do during a stressful situation, what could you improve on etc. asked about pay and whether or not a certain range would be acceptable. Felt like more of a conversation than interview which I liked.

Easy process, I interviewed for an hour and got an offer a week afterward. District manager was really nice and accommodating. He also matched my pay and offer me extra benefits.

Entrevista
Due to covid 19, the interview was through zoom meeting between me and a company staff member. The interview was about 45 minutes. After they asked questions, they have us a chance to ask them questions.
