You meet with the director and usually HR. Its a cut and dry process with set questions that will be the same for most all candidates. Its all about being able to thoroughly answer the questions. The interviewers write a lot, so don't panic.

was asked to fill out a 10 page application which asked me to give details of experience pertained to different aspects of the job such as : Problem solving skills,orientation skills, Planning & organizing skills,Teamwork skills,negotiating/planning skills, communication skills, and Leadership skills then was asked to come in for a face to face interview and elaborate on these experiences
