The process it was very exhaustive. It was 4 steps:
1 - The first step it was with a HR Recruiter (3 hours)
2 - The second step it was an online test in https://codility.com (very hard in 30min)
3 - The third step it was a technical interview (very easy in 2 hours)
4 - This step it was with my future manager just to check out my ambitions (1 hour)

Entrevista
I was contacted directly from the HR department, and scheduled a face2face interview for 2 days later and according to my disponibility. On my interview were HR Manager and a Senior Manager. I was explained how the company was, how they were structured and so on. This position was related with BPM so I was asked about the projects and companies I've worked on.

Entrevista
Interviewing process consisted with 3 meetings:
1) Initial talk with an HR manager - very friendly talk about past projects, personal qualities and the company.
2) technical talk about past projects and mini test which consisted on looking at some SQL code - with a senior consultant who was also very friendly.
3) meeting to discuss offer/proposal
