Entrevista
Chaotic, unprofessional, poorly organized.
The entire process and evulation was poor. The HR recruiter was very difficult to get information from with mutiple phone calls and follow-up emails just to schedule an interview. Initially they offered a 12:00pm interview, which is strange since it's everyone's lunch-time.
I found out later through someone else the time was changed to 1:00.
I arrived 15 minutes prior to interview and everyone scheduled to meet with me arrived late, including the HR/recruiter.
I met in a room with 5 different people. Only two arrived on time the other three arrived later on. I felt like I had to explain and field questions for everyone during different times.
I had prior experience, but it was a near entry-level position. I felt a couple of the interviewers were clueless and expected something else entirely. A couple of people were kind of jerks.
After the interview concluded they told me to wait in the lobby for 15 minutes while they deliberated. They broke from the meeting and later told me they'd be in touch and would get back with me later.
I sent a couple of thank-you notes but never heard anything back. I felt the entire process was unprofessional and a waste of my time. I'll never bother again
