Applied online. Application never had a deadline or a response time. Followed up with someone to inquire about my application and received an online interview. Interviewer was fine, not very personable and pressed me about my college major (?) It appears that they heavily recruit from George Mason, a rather mediocre school, which I do not attend. Was asked to complete a writing test with a 24 hour deadline.
