The interview process itself was excellent and I enjoyed the overall experience. The managers I met were relaxed and put me at ease. The reason why I believe it was not a great experience however is due to the following: Outcomes were supposed to be provided on the Friday following the interview, on Tuesday the following week when I had not heard back from them I had to email Sage to have the outcome sent to me. Additionally, Sage is proud to offer feedback to unsuccessful candidates to help them improve for the next interview which is phenomenal for a large company like Sage to do, however, it has been over a month since my interview and despite reaching out 3 times by email with my available dates and times, I have yet to be provided with an opportunity to receive this valuable feedback. The interview process was in 3 stages and as follows: - When you apply, a preliminary online interview is generated, where you have to record yourself answering some questions. - if successful, you will be invited to a group exercise with the other candidates where you will be given a scenario and have to problem-solve a solution through group discussion - Finally, the main interview involved a small presentation on "why you are a good fit for Sage". This is followed by some competency-based questions.
