I was asked questions that were relevant to the position. The interview was speedy and thorough and didn't seem to be too difficult. I was told to sit down in an empty cubicle at the office and the interview was one on one in person. Prior to this there was a competency test for basic computer skills and knowledge, a background check and multiple forms to fill.

12/2023 - Recruiter Interview 01/2023 - Hiring Manager 01/2023 - Direct Manager 03/2023 - Team Member (Whole Team) There’s was quite a lot of inconsistency with the whole interview process. The length and miscommunication was very unappealing. The First Recruiter has mentioned that the role was offered to another candidate. A month later, they reached out for a 5th interview. Overall, the position was for immediate hire. I love the Company benefits and etc, but I’ve accepted another position when having to wait for a response.
