HR Director is terrible but if you get beyond her, you may reach people that actually know the work. Lots of phone interviewing, few direct questions. Nothing difficult, but the HR Director challenged me on some sort of style guide thing that showed she doesn't know or respect editors much. I wish I could remember the specific thing.
