Entrevista
One hour interview with 2 interviewers, only one asking questions. General background questions, followed by standard what do you know about the company, then a series of scenario based how would you deal with, what would you do if, etc. A lot of emphasis on the customer service aspect of the role rather than technical support. Would think a better job title is Customer Service Advisor

Entrevista
Telephone interview to start was fairly easy. I was asked on the same call for an Interview within the next couple of days. A confirmation email was sent and all was confirmed. Interview day consisted of sitting in with some Tech Support people to get an idea on the job, this was good as it lets people see what they will actually be doing. The rest was individual interviews in different rooms with different members of staff in each room. This is good as everyones opinion of you is taken in to account.
