Individual Task: Situation-Based Questions • Each participant will be given a set of situational questions that assess their ability to handle real-world challenges independently. • Questions may include hypothetical workplace scenarios, conflict resolution cases, or role-specific problem-solving tasks. • Responses should demonstrate logical reasoning, decision-making skills, adaptability, and the ability to remain professional under pressure. 3. ‘Why Me?’ Presentation • Candidates will deliver a short presentation explaining why they are the best fit for the role or opportunity. • The presentation should highlight key strengths, relevant experience, personal values, and unique qualities that set them apart. • It should also address how their skills align with the organization’s mission and objectives. • Effective presentations will be structured, engaging, and supported by clear examples of past achievements.

The process took a while to hear back. There was a video interview, and afterwards an assessment centre interview process if moving forward. Met amazing people along the way as well.
