I'm writing this review because of the hiring process. I had a terrible experience with the recruiting team member named James. I have to say I have worked as an Executive Assistant for over 20 yrs and the last 13 for a top 5 consultant company and have NEVER had this experience before. I applied online and got a response for a Zoom interview and advised a time to meet. That day the recruiter sent me an email to advise he needed to reschedule and can I sent other times that I was available. I did that and then didn't hear from him again. I sent multiple followup emails to see what was going on and not one response. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as COVID was going on and maybe they weren't answering emails. That was a month ago or so, and today I got an email from the recruiter saying the following: I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for taking the time recently to speak with us. We enjoyed speaking with you and appreciated your patience throughout our search process. I NEVER talked or interviewed with anyone from Sagesure and was just waiting to hear something. Even a professional email saying, thanks for applying, but no it was thanks for speaking with us. I am not upset with not being offered the job however the way I was treated was very unprofessional.
