The interview was a face to face interview and lasted for about 30 mins.
It kickstarted with the role description before the commencement of the interview. There was about 6 to 7 questions asked, one after the other. After which I asked just few question to conclude the interview

why do you want to be a care worker?
What will you do if your client/patient had an accident?
what will you do if you notice that a client is been abused by the family or coworker?
Has there been a time you cared for someone?
what does empathy means to you?
Over the phone, about 15 minutes asking if I’ve ever cared for anyone professionally or unprofessionally, if I’ve ever had to call emergency services and why and why I wanted to go into that sector of work
